Jo Harvelle/Charlie Bradbury – Bravery AU

The Winchesters rally the troops for a major offensive.  They need all the muscle & brains they have, so naturally they call on their favorite hunter and hacker.  When Charlie pulls up, Jo is skeptical of the graphic tee, but finds herself fascinated regardless.

The attraction is mutual, and Charlie’s flustered when Jo immediately comes onto her.  They schedule a date, and a bemused Dean takes Charlie shopping for something to wear.  They take longer than expected and there’s confusion over time and place–Jo thinks she’s been stood up.

Thankfully, Dean is there to give both of his little sister figures some dating advice.

Before they can reconcile, Jo goes off on a solo mission and ends up possessed.  Charlie is heartbroken, then pulls it together and teams up with Dean to rescue her hunter.  Afterwards, Jo has a deeper appreciation of Charlie’s courage, and realizes that this might actually be love.  Charlie knows it’s already love, and she’s so glad she has a second chance to show it.
